Job summary

Foot Locker in Utrecht seeks a Manager Labor Planning, Stores Wages to optimize staffing costs, analyze utilization and guide action plans across EU stores. You will partner with Finance, CX, HR and Sales to translate data into staffing strategies and cost improvements.

The role requires strong Excel skills, English fluency and a track record in labor planning, with cross-country exposure and project leadership abilities. Hybrid work is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant work experience in Labor Planning or related areas.
• Experience with WFM and labor cost analysis is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze complex data.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual, monthly and weekly cadence of setting target hours for stores.
• Lead cost optimization and staffing proposals at store level.
• Forecast and review hours spent, including productive and non-productive time.
• Collaborate across CX, HR and sales teams on optimization projects.
