Job summary

Foot Locker is seeking a Real Estate Lease Administrator to review and manage commercial lease agreements across our European portfolio from our Utrecht head office. You will ensure obligations are met, track critical dates, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

You will work in a collaborative EMEA Lease Administration team, combining independent work with cross-functional cooperation to maintain accurate lease records and support corporate real estate objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in lease administration or reviewing lease documents.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort working in a global organization with diverse cultures.
• Attention to detail and process discipline.

Responsibilities

• Track and process lease documents (abstracting, setup, amendments, terminations).
• Maintain data integrity in the lease management system (Lucernex/Accruent).
• Review lease language to determine rental obligations and critical dates.
• Maintain organizational systems and communicate clearly.
• Coordinate lease information with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance.
• Participate in departmental projects as required.
• Follow up on administrative tasks and financial inquiries.
