Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is hiring a Real Estate Lease Administrator in Utrecht to review and manage European lease agreements. You will ensure both Foot Locker as Tenant and landlords meet lease obligations, tracking rents, critical dates and rights across the portfolio.

You will collaborate with Leasing, Construction, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and Accounting. Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in our global team.

Qualifications

• Loves complex puzzles and connecting the dots.
• Fluency in a European language; French is a big plus.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and communicational skills.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Track and process lease documents (abstracting, new leases, amendments, termination).
• Maintain 100% data integrity in Real Estate Lease Management system (Lucernex/Accruent).
• Review and interpret lease language to determine rental obligations and critical dates.
• Maintain other corporate systems timely and effectively, communicating information clearly.
• Coordinate lease information with Real Estate, Legal, and Finance departments.
• Participate in departmental projects as required.
• Follow up on administrative tasks and financial inquiries.
