Job summary

Foot Locker, Inc. is seeking a Manager Labor Planning, Stores Wages to lead staffing cost optimization and data-driven decision making across EU finance and CX teams.

You will oversee target hours, forecast staffing, and drive improvements through cross-functional collaboration with District Managers and Market Directors. The role requires senior-level analytical skills, experience in WFM and cost analysis, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities in a complex retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in Labor Planning and Labor Utilization Analysis.
• Experience in Work Force Management (WFM) and Labor Cost Analysis.
• Experience in an international environment with complex cost structures.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Fluent English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual, monthly and weekly cadence of target hours for Stores.
• Drive cost optimization projects with WFM and CX teams (District Managers & Regional VPs/ Market Directors).
• Lead development of staffing proposals at store level and implement action plans in stores.
• Identify wage/cost opportunities and lead process improvements.
• Forecast and review hours spent (productive & non-productive).
• Contribute to other projects as assigned.
