Job summary

ROCKWOOL Group in Roermond, NL, hires an experienced customer service employee to support Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You will handle orders, after‑sales, and complaints, acting as a primary contact for key markets in an international B2B setting.

You will communicate fluently in German and English, with Dutch as an advantage, and coordinate with logistics and production to ensure timely deliveries. The role reports to the Customer Service Manager Europe in Roermond.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and ability to work independently
• Experience with SAP is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide advice, support and services to customers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland via email and phone
• Process, monitor and administratively handle customer orders in SAP
• Coordinate with logistics and production for planning and deliveries
• Handle customer complaints, including registration, follow‑up and internal communication
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent service and identifying needs
