Job summary

SPS Commerce is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead implementations of Supply Chain Solutions for our global client base. You will define scope, milestones, and business outcomes while coordinating with sales, marketing, functional, technology and support teams.

You will manage a dynamic workload and ensure delivery excellence across programs. Located in the Breukelen office, this role requires 5+ years of PM experience, fluency in Dutch and English, and a proven track record of handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of managing a high volume of concurrent projects.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Strong problem solving and analytic ability.
• Quality-focused, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day project tasks for implementing SPS Commerce products and services from close of sale through handoff to customer support.
• Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate requests into deliverables.
• Coordinate delivery aspects to ensure on-time, on-budget results while managing risks and issues.
• Define and communicate expectations for productivity and quality measurements across the team.
• Demonstrate application of technical, professional, or product expertise to real work situations.
• Complete post-project analysis and drive positive outcomes and change management.
