Job summary

Avanade is actively seeking an experienced ERP Advisory Manager to shape and lead complex transformation journeys for clients. You will advise senior business and technology leaders on ERP strategy, operating models, governance, and value realization while helping organizations modernize finance and supply chains.

Beyond client delivery, you will drive presales, solutioning, and capability growth, coach teams, and contribute to the growth of the ERP Advisory practice in a highly visible role.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP advisory or related consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead complex ERP programs.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or similar ERP platforms.
• Experience across full ERP transformation lifecycles.
• Strong Dutch and English communication at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP advisory engagements from strategy through value realization.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, business cases, and operating models.
• Advise executives on ERP modernization and governance.
• Deliver governance and stakeholder management for large programs.
• Facilitate executive workshops and design business processes.
• Drive presales activities, including proposals and solution shaping.
• Collaborate with sales, technology leaders, and industry experts.
• Coach consultants and accelerate capability growth.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
