Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in consulting, advisory, business transformation, or enterprise applications.
• Experience leading business assessments, transformation initiatives, and client workshops.
• Strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and process improvement experience.
• Prior coaching, mentoring, or people leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements, advisory delivery, and workshop-based assessments to identify transformation opportunities and roadmaps.
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, develop business cases, and translate needs into practical recommendations.
• Build trusted client relationships, influence decisions, and present recommendations to senior management.
• Manage engagement delivery including scope, risks, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to drive successful client outcomes.
