Job summary

Ping Identity is seeking a Sales Director for the Nordics & Eastern Europe, with remote work options in the Netherlands. You will lead a high-impact team, building executive relationships and delivering differentiated value in a fast-growing SaaS enterprise environment.

You will shape territory strategy, coach the field, and partner with ecosystem players to expand bookings while driving customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration across Ping's global organization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales teams in Nordics & Eastern Europe.
• Expertise in enterprise software, SaaS, managed services and strategic accounts.
• Results-oriented with multiple years meeting or exceeding quota.
• Flexibility to travel across the regions.
• Experience transitioning a team from on-prem to SaaS solutions.
• Able to collaborate in a fast-growing global organization.

Responsibilities

• Creates, implements, measures and reviews a strategic or operational plan that drives achievement of business goals aligned to overall Ping strategy.
• Coaches the sales team on Ping Identity’s value proposition at enterprise customers to increase deal size.
• Identifies opportunities to expand business within the region.
• Leverages partners to source, develop and progress deals.
• Maintains customer relationships and manages escalations when needed.
