Job summary

SINGU in Europe seeks an ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to win large multi-country property operations deals. You will own the full cycle from initial cold outreach to signature, targeting major real estate owners and facilities managers. You will work with CRO, Presales, Marketing and Product behind you to accelerate growth.

The role offers uncapped commission, direct access to executive leadership, and a clear path to enterprise sales leadership as the new-business function scales.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in closing six- or seven-figure enterprise deals.
• Experience navigating multi-country procurement and IT security.
• Strong MEDDICC discipline and deal qualification.

Responsibilities

• Run the full cycle: first conversation, discovery, business case, evaluation, negotiation and signature.
• Displace incumbent CAFM/IWMS platforms and legacy processes.
• Navigate multi-country buying groups, procurement and IT security review.
• Shape commercial structure with pricing, multi-year terms and expansion plans.
• Engage CFOs, COOs, CIOs and real estate leaders to win deals.
