Job summary

BYD Europe BV in Hoofddorp, Netherlands, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to translate complex business needs into functional specifications and solid IT solutions. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and business stakeholders, own UAT, and drive data-driven improvements across CRM, ERP, WMS and related systems, with strong SQL and BI tooling experience.

Fluent English and local language, automotive domain preferred, familiarity with APIs, data models, and Python

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in IS/CS/Business Admin/Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in similar roles.
• Strong understanding of CRM/ERP/WMS and related systems; automotive industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis; experience with Power BI/Tableau/Looker is preferred.
• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations; Python scripting is a plus.
• Fluent in English and local market language; Chinese an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements aligning with system capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and stakeholders to design technology solutions.
• Lead UAT and coordinate validation activities; support deployment.
• Analyze data to identify trends and drive process improvement and automation.
• Develop and maintain process docs, manuals, and training materials.
• Provide functional support and system administration for business-critical applications.
