Syncdit in Den Haag is seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to bridge business needs and IT solutions, driving process improvements and data-driven insights. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, and support decision-making across departments.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of BA experience, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel/SQL/BI tools and Python, excellent communication, and familiarity with requirements gathering and process mapping.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools).
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure solutions meet business objectives.
• Support project management activities, including planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and use cases.
