Job summary

SAS NL is seeking a Sr Cloud Services Delivery Manager to lead enterprise customer delivery of SAS cloud solutions, aligning on outcomes and driving value across engagements.

You will work with Product Management, R&D, Technical Support, and Professional Services to ensure successful delivery, proactive service management, and strong customer relationships while adhering to security and ITIL principles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of service account management or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in Dutch.
• ITIL qualification preferred, not essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to influence and coordinate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage enterprise accounts to ensure customer outcomes with SAS cloud services.
• Develop and maintain Customer Success Plans aligned to business outcomes.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and cross-functional teams to expand SAS usage.
• Manage SLAs, including after-hours support and health checks.
• Oversee complex portfolios with global reach and varying service offerings.
• Provide escalation and root-cause analysis to ensure continuous improvement.
