Overview

Delivery Leader with transformation-first mindset and proven ability to drive AI-first initiatives using Agentic AI and LLM-based solutions. Combines delivery excellence, strategic transformation leadership, and AI fluency to help clients reimagine business models, operations, and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & Transformation Leadership: Lead large-scale transformation programs combining digital modernization with AI-first delivery approaches; oversee end-to-end delivery with a focus on agility, quality, and business impact; drive the adoption of Agentic AI-powered workflows to increase efficiency, automation, and decision intelligence.
• AI & LLM Enablement: Partner with clients to identify opportunities for LLM/GenAI/Agentic AI solutions across functions (customer service, IT ops, business process optimization, knowledge management); collaborate with solution architects and data scientists to design and deliver AI-enabled transformation journeys; establish governance and ethical AI practices; stay current on emerging AI frameworks, platforms, and regulatory considerations.
• Client Engagement & Business Value: Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, articulating how AI-driven delivery and transformation can accelerate outcomes; translate business challenges into AI-enabled solutions that scale; contribute to account growth, solution shaping, and go-to-market strategy in the AI and digital transformation space; build and coach cross-functional delivery teams with AI and data literacy; foster a culture of innovation; lead change management efforts to prepare organizations for AI disruption.
• Operational & Delivery Excellence: Integrate LLM/AI-powered delivery accelerators (chatbots, copilots, automated quality, smart project governance); use data-driven KPIs and AI-driven analytics to continuously optimize delivery performance; ensure scalability, adaptability, and cost efficiency in AI-infused delivery models.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Delivery Leader / Program Manager / Transformation Leader in large-scale IT/digital engagements.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI, LLMs, GenAI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI, etc.).
• Familiarity with AI integration patterns, including APIs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration frameworks.
• Expertise in Agile, DevOps, SAFe, and digital delivery models.
• Ability to consult with CxOs and articulate the business value of AI-driven transformation.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and change leadership skills.
