Job summary

Red Hat B.V. in Amsterdam is seeking a Customer Success Executive to drive strategic planning and technical engagements, ensuring customers realize value from Red Hat products and platforms.

You will collaborate with senior executives, Enterprise Architects, IT managers and developers to develop success plans and drive implementation projects. You will work with internal and external teams to create proof of concepts and programs, overseeing migrations and modernization roadmaps while removing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise software from a customer success/technical perspective.
• Experience with technical project planning and execution management.
• Ability to independently deliver consultative customer-facing engagements.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps and agile concepts, with cloud integration experience.
• Kubernetes/OpenShift experience; strong English and Dutch communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer success plans with milestones and actions.
• Lead discussions with senior customer executives and architects.
• Identify opportunities for increased consumption and plan deployment timelines.
• Create migration and modernization roadmaps for workloads and apps.
• Orchestrate sessions to plan solution implementations and remove blockers.
• Be the Voice of the Customer and share insights with Engineering and Product teams.
• Address issues to prove value of Red Hat technologies and ensure adoption.
• Assess customers' cloud readiness and guide learning plans with partners.
