Red Hat is seeking a Customer Success Executive to drive success planning and technical engagements with enterprise customers. You will partner with executives, architects, IT managers and developers to define success plans, oversee migrations, and remove blockers to realize value from Red Hat products.

You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver proof of concepts, drive adoption, and ensure customers achieve measurable outcomes while navigating multi-cloud environments.

Formación

• 5+ years in enterprise software with a customer-focused or technical role.
• Experience in technical project planning and execution management.
• Ability to deliver consultative, customer-facing engagements independently.
• Practical knowledge of DevOps and agile concepts; familiarity with development/deployment tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and collaborate with global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the customer portfolio, priorities, and success metrics.
• Create and execute success plans with milestones to meet business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase consumption and plan deployment timelines.
• Develop migration/modernization roadmaps for workloads and apps.
• Lead Design and Discovery Sessions aligning with customer goals.
• Be the Voice of the Customer with engineering and product to remove blockers.
• Resolve blockers to prove value of Red Hat technologies.
• Assess customer cloud readiness and support learning plans with partners.
