DynamicWhale in Rotterdam (on-site) is seeking ambitious native English-speaking Business Development Representatives to develop our UK and US markets. You will generate qualified meetings through outbound prospecting, researching target accounts, and engaging senior decision-makers.

Formación

• Native-level English is essential for conversing with UK/US prospects.
• Strong verbal communication skills for engaging senior decision-makers.
• Interest in technology, enterprise software, and international business.
• Ability to understand complex software solutions and explain their business value.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with willingness to take ownership.
• Resilience, curiosity and openness to feedback and coaching.
• Willingness to conduct outbound sales activities, particularly cold calling.
• Willingness to work on-site at Rotterdam office.

Responsabilidades

• Research potential customers and identify decision-makers across UK/US markets.
• Outbound prospecting through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
