Job summary

LogicMonitor is seeking an AI Growth Strategist to own the ongoing technical and business success of a portfolio of Edwin AI customers. This role sits between customers’ environments, workflows, and business priorities, requiring deep technical understanding and executive-level communication.

You will connect technical use cases to measurable business outcomes, collaborating with SRE, DevOps, and engineering teams to drive adoption, retention and expansion across complex enterprise landscapes.

Qualifications

• Experience advising or leading across complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value for CIO/CTO stakeholders.
• Strong written and spoken communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the success of a portfolio of Edwin AI customers from adoption to growth.
• Understand customer architecture, observability, integrations, ITSM processes and AI use cases.
• Lead technical and operational discovery to diagnose adoption blockers and determine root causes.
• Act as a credible technical partner to SRE, DevOps, platform and engineering teams while coordinating internal resources.
• Translate technical outcomes into measurable business value for executives.
• Develop customer success and growth plans with clear milestones and risk metrics.
• Identify opportunities to expand Edwin across teams and use cases.
• Represent Voice of the Customer to inform Product and Engineering.
• Proactively manage customer risk and escalations with clear communication.
