Job summary

HighRadius is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge our AI platform with the world’s largest enterprise finance teams. You will deploy agents, analyze client data, and configure proprietary algorithms to automate financial transactions.

Expect ownership of the full lifecycle from data analysis to go-live, with a focus on delivering measurable value. The role requires willingness to travel to client sites across Europe, strong data analysis skills, and a hands-on, outcomes-driven mindset

Qualifications

• Languages: at least B1 level in addition to English.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS or Data Science related field.
• Soft Skills: excellent communication, curiosity, grit, self‑motivation, adaptable to change with hands-on drive.
• Travel: willing to travel to client sites as part of project implementations.

Responsibilities

• Run Customer Engagements as Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge between AI platform and enterprise finance departments.
• Deploy Agents by analyzing client datasets and configuring proprietary algorithms that automate financial transactions.
• Drive measurable outcomes and ROI for clients, HighRadius, and your own professional growth.
