HighRadius is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge our AI platform with the world’s largest enterprise finance teams. You will deploy agents, analyze client data, and configure proprietary algorithms to automate financial transactions.

Expect ownership of the full lifecycle from data analysis to go-live, with a focus on delivering measurable value. The role requires willingness to travel to client sites across Europe, strong data analysis skills, and a hands-on, outcomes-driven mindset

Qualifications

• Languages: at least B1 level in addition to English.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS or Data Science related field.

About The Role

• Run Customer Engagements: As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) at HighRadius, you are the bridge between our AI platform and the world’s largest enterprise finance departments. You will be "deployed" to solve financial challenges using Autonomous AI Agents.
• Deploy Agents: You will own the end-to-end technical lifecycle from analyzing client datasets to configuring proprietary algorithms that automate financial transactions.
• Drive to Outcomes: You are inherently self-driven and laser-focused on generating measurable results, ensuring a win-win-win (WWW) value impact for the client, HighRadius, and your personal professional growth.

Your Day-to-Day: The 'Build & Deploy' Cycle

• Data Intelligence: Use HighRadius’s AI agents to process large data sets to uncover hidden patterns in the client’s Order-to-Cash (O2C) process and design the future-state architecture.
• AI Strategy & Design
  • Outcome-based Design: Identify and drive the outcome on AI algorithms based on client feedback to reach a final outcome based "Value-Driven" design. Leverage AI internal tools to take initiative and creatively adapt strategies for successful outcomes
  • KPI Engineering: Define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and target metrics that will prove the ROI of the solution.
• Algo Configuration
  • Platform Configuration: Hands-on configuration of Autonomous Platform to deploy algorithms.
  • System Integration: Architect and configure data interfaces between SaaS platform and major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
• Launch & Value Delivery
  • Testing & Training: Lead onsite client testing and training sessions to ensure technical readiness.
  • Go-Live Execution: Drive the final deployment and stabilization phase, ensuring the AI is hitting the target KPIs and delivering measurable financial value.
• Navigating Ambiguity
  • Navigate continuous change effectively and excel in grey areas independently by defining paths forward to drive project momentum.

• Data Savvy: You love data analysis, designing and configuring agents but you’re also comfortable leading a meeting with Finance Managers and Subject matter experts.
• Solution Expert: You will use the value vs complexity matrix to identify solutions and solve problems, even when there are grey areas.

Requirements

• Languages: This role requires a minimum European language proficiency of B1 level or higher in addition to English.
• Education: Graduating Class of 2025/2026 pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, MIS or Data Science related field.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication who combines curiosity, grit, and self-motivation to align diverse stakeholders on a technical vision. Highly adaptable to change, with a hands-on drive to deliver and execute.
• Travel: Willingness to travel to client sites as part of project implementations.
