Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with customers and build AI agents that automate audit and finance workflows. You will take deployments from zero to live daily use and translate customer learnings into product feedback.

You will design engagement programs embedding 20+ agents, build credibility with senior stakeholders, and mentor new engineers while collaborating with product and engineering to improve capabilities. Amsterdam office—travel required for engagements.

• Strong technical aptitude and structured thinking to decompose a customer workflow into agents and decide feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Embed with customers to build and refine AI agents that automate audit and finance workflows.
• Take customer deployments from zero to live daily use.
• Translate customer learnings into product and engineering feedback.
• Build credibility with senior audit and finance stakeholders.
• Design engagement programs that embed 20+ agents into finance workflows and drive measurable impact.
• Run office hours and resolve remaining issues.
• Hand off agent know-how to the Customer Success Manager.
• Mentor incoming Forward Deployed Engineer team members.
