Job summary

Jobster in Nijmegen zoekt een Quality controller die verantwoordelijk is voor het controleren of componenten en samengestelde producten aan de kwaliteitsnormen voldoen. Verantwoordelijk voor inspecties, dimensionale controles en documentatie, waarbij nauwkeurig werken centraal staat.

Je meet met precisie-instrumenten, legt afwijkingen vast en werkt nauw samen met productie en assemblage om kwaliteitsproblemen op te lossen.

Qualifications

• Technische opleiding afgerond in een relevante richting.
• Ervaring in technische productie/hoogwaardige productie.
• Je leest en begrijpt technische tekeningen.
• Ervaring met precisie meetapparatuur.
• Gestructureerde en detailgerichte werkaanpak.
• Beschikbaarheid fulltime en tweeploegendienst.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van componenten en producten voor verzending.
• Uitvoeren van dimensionale controle volgens tekeningen en specificaties.
• Meten met kallipers, mikrometers en andere meetinstrumenten.
• Representeren afwijkingen en vastleggen in non-conformiteitsrapporten.
• Opstellen van inspectierapporten en kwaliteitsdocumenten.
• Goedgekeurde producten vrijgeven die aan alle normen voldoen.
• Samenwerken met productie- en montageteams om kwaliteitsissues op te lossen.
• Bijdragen aan ideeën voor procesverbetering.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Quality controller, you are responsible for checking whether components and assembled products meet the required quality standards.

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
• Performing dimensional inspections based on technical drawings and specifications;
• Measuring products using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment;
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
• Preparing inspection reports and other quality documentation;
• Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards;
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to identify and resolve quality issues;
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.

Functie-eisen

You enjoy working accurately and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You understand technical drawings, like solving quality issues and feel comfortable working in a structured technical manufacturing environment.

• A completed technical education, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology or a similar field;
• Experience within technical manufacturing, assembly or high-tech production;
• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings;
• Experience working with precision measuring equipment;
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work;
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a two-shift schedule:
  • 06:00–14:30
  • 14:30–23:00
• Good English communication skills;
• Basic MS Office skills;
• Your own accommodation and transport.
