Job summary

Uitzendbureau Nijmegen werft voor een internationaal high‑tech fabrikant in het Nijmegen gebied een Quality Control Technician. Je legt de link tussen productie en eindproduct en zorgt voor kwaliteitscontrole zodat klanten betrouwbare producten ontvangen.

Je voert inspecties uit, meet volgens tekeningen, documenteert afwijkingen en draagt bij aan rapportages. Beschikking over een tweeploegendienst, uitstekende onboarding en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen kwaliteits- en productieafdelingen.

Qualifications

• Nauwkeurige en gedetailleerde vakkennis vereist.
• Ervaring met lezen van technische tekeningen en meetprocedures.
• Goede beheersing van Engels is vereist.
• Ervaring in productie/High-tech omgeving is een plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van onderdelen en pakketten voor verzending.
• Uitvoeren van dimensionale metingen volgens tekeningen en specificaties.
• Meten met calipers, micrometers en andere precisieapparatuur.
• Identificeren van afwijkingen en documenteren non-conformiteiten.
• Opstellen van inspectierapporten en kwaliteitsdocumenten.
• Goede samenwerking met productie- en assemblatieteams om kwaliteitsproblemen op te lossen.
• Bijdragen aan verbeteringen van inspectie- en productieprocessen.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Quality Control Technician, you are an important link between production and the final product. You make sure that customers receive high-quality products they can rely on.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
• Performing dimensional inspections using technical drawings and specifications;
• Measuring products with calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment;
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
• Preparing inspection reports and quality documentation;
• Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards;
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to resolve quality issues;
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.

This is a hands-on technical position on the production floor of a high-tech company and not a laboratory role.

Functie-eisen

You are accurate, structured and take pride in delivering quality. You enjoy working with technical drawings, precision measuring equipment and solving quality issues. You are comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment and understand the importance of accuracy.

You also have:

• A completed technical education, such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology or a similar qualification;
• Experience within technical manufacturing, assembly or high-tech production;
• Experience reading technical drawings;
• Experience with precision measuring equipment;
• A structured and detail-oriented working style;
• Availability to work full-time in a two-shift schedule:
  • 06:00-14:30
  • 14:30-23:00
• Good English communication skills;
• Basic MS Office skills;
• Your own accommodation and transport.
