Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Nijmegen zoekt een kwaliteitscontroleur voor een hands-on rol op de productievloer van een high-tech fabrikant. Je controleert onderdelen en eindproducten op kwaliteit en documenteert afwijkingen.

Je werkt mee aan dimensionale metingen en rapporteert bevindingen. Een structuur, nauwkeurigheid en Engels communicatief vermogen zijn vereist, met twee ploediensten (06:00-14:30 en 14:30-23:00).

Qualifications

• Technische opleiding in een relevante discipline
• Ervaring met productie en high-tech assemblage
• Begrijpt technische tekeningen en maatvoering

Responsibilities

• Inspectie van componenten en assemblages vóór verzending
• Dimensional inspecties volgens tekeningen en specificaties
• Meten met kalibers, micrometers en andere meetapparatuur
• Identificeren van afwijkingen en documenteren van non-conformiteiten
• Opstellen van inspectierapporten en quality documentation
• Goedgekeurde producten vrijgeven die aan alle kwaliteitsnormen voldoen
• Samenwerken met productie en assemblage om kwaliteitsproblemen op te lossen
• Bijdragen aan verbeteringen in inspectie- en productieprocessen

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

As a Quality controller, you are responsible for checking whether components and assembled products meet the required quality standards.

Your work includes:

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
• Performing dimensional inspections based on technical drawings and specifications;
• Measuring products using calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment;
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
• Preparing inspection reports and other quality documentation;
• Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards;
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to identify and resolve quality issues;
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.

This is a hands-on technical position on the production floor of a high-tech company, not a laboratory role.

You enjoy working accurately and take pride in delivering high-quality work. You understand technical drawings, like solving quality issues and feel comfortable working in a structured technical manufacturing environment.You also have:

• A completed technical education, for example in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology or a similar field;
• Experience within technical manufacturing, assembly or high-tech production;
• Experience reading and understanding technical drawings;
• Experience working with precision measuring equipment;
• A structured and detail-oriented approach to your work;
• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a two-shift schedule:
  • 06:00-14:30
  • 14:30-23:00
• Good English communication skills;
• Basic MS Office skills;
• Your own accommodation and transport.
