Uitzendbureau in de Nijmegen-regio zoekt een Cleanroom Technical Operator voor een high-tech productieomgeving. Je werkt in een moderne cleanroom en levert precisie en kwaliteit in elke stap van het proces.

Taken omvatten inspectie van onderdelen, reiniging met ultrasoon, extracting weld discoloration en lichte CNC-bewerkingen. Uitstekende mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling en een vast contract.

Qualificações

• Full-time beschikbaar en twee-ploegendienst
• Technische productie/CNC/assemblage ervaring
• Praktisch ingesteld met hands-on werk
• Goede kennis van meetgereedschappen
• Engels en/of Nederlands spreken

Responsabilidades

• Inspecteren van inkomende onderdelen en materialen volgens specificaties
• Schoonmaken van onderdelen met ultrasone apparatuur en droging controleren
• Verwijderen van laseer/nikkel/staalverkleuring om aan eisen te voldoen
• Uitvoeren van lichte CNC-gerelateerde bewerkingen en toestelafstelling
• Lezen en interpreteren van technische tekeningen en werkinstructies
• Verpakken van eindproducten volgens strikte procedures
• Voorbereiden van verzendlabels en documentatie ter ondersteuning van logistiek
• Zorgen voor een schone, veilige en geordende werkplek volgens cleanroom-protocollen

As a Cleanroom Technical Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential.

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;
• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;
• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;
• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;
• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,650, including shift allowance;
• A full-time position in a two-shift schedule;
• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Late shift: 14:30 - 23:00

Functie-eisen

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should have a strong willingness to learn and develop yourself.

• Are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system;
• Have technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience;
• Enjoy practical, hands-on technical work;
• Are comfortable working with production equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools;
• Have basic computer skills;
• Can read technical drawings (preferred);
• Have previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment (a plus);
• Speak English and/or Dutch;
• Work accurately and have excellent attention to detail;
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
