Jobster in Nijmegen zoekt een ervaren Cleanroom Operator die nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust werkt in een moderne cleanroom. Je draagt bij aan de productie door onderdeelenspecificaties te controleren en te zorgen voor hygiëne en orde.

Je taken omvatten inspectie, reiniging, lasverkleuring verwijderen, verpakken en het voorbereiden van verzenddocumenten. Werkt in een tweeploegensysteem met vroege en late shifts; kans op een vast contract.

Qualifikationen

• Fulltime beschikbaarheid en bereidheid om in een tweeploegendienst te werken.
• Enige technische ervaring en interesse in praktisch werk.
• In staat om technische tekeningen te lezen (pre)avorable.
• Vereiste woon- en transportregelingen.

Aufgaben

• Inspecteren van inkomende onderdelen en materialen op kwaliteit.
• Reinigen van componenten met ultrasone apparatuur en correct drogen.
• Verwijderen van lasverkleuring aan roestvrij staal.
• Zorgvuldig verpakken van eindproducten in een gecontroleerde cleanroom.
• Voorbereiden van verzendlabels en documentatie voor logistiek.

As a Cleanroom Operator, your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting: Checking incoming parts and materials to make sure they meet the required quality standards.
• Cleaning: Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring that all parts are properly dried.
• Removing: Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to ensure they meet the required product standards.
• Packaging: Carefully packaging finished products inside a controlled cleanroom environment while following strict packaging guidelines.
• Preparing: Preparing shipping labels and the necessary documentation to support the logistics process.

• A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,650, including shift allowance;
• A full-time position working in a two-shift system.
• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Late shift: 14:30 - 23:00

You:

• Are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system;
• Have some basic technical experience and enjoy practical, hands-on work;
• Are comfortable working with hand tools and production equipment;
• Have basic computer skills;
• Can read technical drawings - preferred, but not required;
• Have previous experience working in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment - this is a plus;
• Speak English and/or Dutch;
• Work accurately and have a strong eye for detail;
• Have your own accommodation and transportation;
