Jobster in de Nijmegen-regio zoekt een Cleanroom Technical Operator om hoogwaardige onderdelen en producten te controleren in een moderne cleanroom-omgeving. Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst met vroege en late shifts en krijgt training om technische vaardigheden te ontwikkelen.

De functie biedt een vast contractperspectief, een competitief maandsalaris van €3.571–€3.650 inclusief ploegentoeslag, plus 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantietoeslag.

Qualifications

• Beschikbaarheid voor een fulltime dienstverband in twee ploegen.
• Technische productie-, fabriek- of CNC-ervaring is een plus.
• Praktisch ingesteld en hands-on.
• Arbeidsmiddelen zoals meetgereedschap en handgereedschap gebruiken.
• Basis computervaardigheden.
• Technische tekeningen lezen (preference).
• Ervaring in cleanroom/m manufacturing is een plus.
• Spreekt Engels en/of Nederlands.
• Accuraat werken en oog voor detail.
• Eigen huisvesting en vervoer is gewenst.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van inkomende onderdelen en materialen volgens strikte kwaliteitsnormen.
• Componenten schoonmaken met ultrasoon apparatuur en droging controleren.
• Weld discoloration verwijderen van roestvrij staal.
• Kleine CNC-gerelateerde bewerkingen en machinebewaking.
• Technische tekeningen en werkinstructies lezen en interpreteren.
• Verpakken van eindproducten volgens procedures en kwaliteitsnormen.
• Verzendinglabels en productie-documentatie voorbereiden.
• Werkplek schoon, veilig en georganiseerd houden volgens cleanroom-protocollen.

As a Cleanroom Technical Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;
• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;
• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;
• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;
• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

You can expect:

• A gross monthly salary between €3,571 and €3,650, including shift allowance;
• A full-time position in a two-shift schedule;
• Early shift: 06:00 - 14:30
• Late shift: 14:30 - 23:00
• Prospect of a permanent contract;
• 25 vacation days;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• €0.25 travel reimbursement per kilometre;

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should have a strong willingness to learn and develop yourself.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system;
• Have technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience;
• Enjoy practical, hands-on technical work;
• Are comfortable working with production equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools;
• Have basic computer skills;
• Can read technical drawings (preferred);
• Have previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment (a plus);
• Speak English and/or Dutch;
• Work accurately and have excellent attention to detail;
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
