Job summary

Jobster zoekt een kwaliteitscontroleur voor de productievloer in Nijmegen. Je fungeert als cruciale schakel tussen productie en eindproduct en zorgt ervoor dat klanten betrouwbare, hoogwaardige producten ontvangen.

Je werkt hands‑on op de productievloer met meetapparatuur en tekeningen, en je draagt bij aan continue verbetering van inspectie- en productieprocessen. Een langdurige relatie en ontwikkeling binnen kwaliteit zijn mogelijk.

Qualifications

• Goede Engelse communicatie.
• Ervaring met lezen van technische tekeningen.
• Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken.
• Affiniteit met precisie meetapparatuur.
• Kennis van MS Office is een pré.

Responsibilities

• Inspecteren van componenten en gereed product voor verzending.
• Uitvoeren van dimensionale metingen volgens technische tekeningen en specificaties.
• Metingen uitvoeren met kalibers, micrometers en andere precisie-instrumenten.
• Identificeren van afwijkingen en documenteren van non-conformiteiten.
• Opstellen van inspectieverslagen en kwaliteitsdocumentatie.
• Goederen vrijgeven die aan de kwaliteitsnormen voldoen.
• Samenwerken met productie- en assembleerteams om kwaliteitsproblemen op te lossen.
• Bijdragen aan ideeën om inspectie- en productieprocessen te verbeteren.

As a Quality Control Technician, you are an important link between production and the final product. You make sure that customers receive high-quality products they can rely on.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting components and assembled products before shipment;
• Performing dimensional inspections using technical drawings and specifications;
• Measuring products with calipers, micrometers and other precision measuring equipment;
• Identifying deviations and documenting non-conformities;
• Preparing inspection reports and quality documentation;
• Releasing products that fully meet the required quality standards;
• Working closely with production and assembly teams to resolve quality issues;
• Contributing ideas to improve inspection and manufacturing processes.

This is a hands‑on technical position on the production floor of a high‑tech company and not a laboratory role.

Functie-eisen

You are accurate, structured and take pride in delivering quality. You enjoy working with technical drawings, precision measuring equipment and solving quality issues. You are comfortable working in a structured manufacturing environment and understand the importance of accuracy.

You also have:

• A completed technical education, such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering, Production Technology or a similar qualification;
• Experience within technical manufacturing, assembly or high‑tech production;
• Experience reading technical drawings;
• Experience with precision measuring equipment;
• A structured and detail‑oriented working style;
• Availability to work full‑time in a two‑shift schedule:
  • 06:00–14:30
  • 14:30–23:00
• Good English communication skills;
• Basic MS Office skills;
• Your own accommodation and transport.
