Jobster zoekt een Operator voor een moderne productieomgeving in Venray. Je zorgt voor een veilige en efficiënte productie, startend met een uitgebreid on-the-job training programma onder begeleiding van een ervaren coach, zodat je de volledige productie stap voor stap leert kennen.

Je voert operationele taken uit, bewaakt kwaliteit en productievoortgang, en werkt in een 5-ploegensysteem. Een MBO niveau 3 diploma in techniek is vereist en Engelse taalvaardigheid is gewenst.

Formación

• Minimaal MBO niveau 3 diploma in een technische richting.
• Goede beheersing van het Engels is een pluspunt.
• Bereidheid om in 5-ploegendienst te werken.

Responsabilidades

• Bedienen, monitoren en afstellen van geavanceerde productielijnen.
• Toezicht houden op productkwaliteit, veiligheid en productievoortgang.
• Identificeren en oplossen van processtoringen.
• Uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden en eenvoudige reparaties.
• Samenwerken met onderhoudstechnici bij technische issues.
• Volgen van veiligheidsvoorschriften en vastgelegde procedures.
• Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting advanced production lines.
• Monitoring product quality, safety, and production progress.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving process disruptions.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs.
• Working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Following safety regulations and established procedures.
• Actively contributing ideas to improve the production process.
• Guiding and supporting new colleagues.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised workplace.
