Jobster is op zoek naar een Operator voor een moderne productieomgeving in Gelderland, Nijmegen. Je begint met een uitgebreid leertraject onder begeleiding van een ervaren coach om de machines en het productieproces grondig te leren kennen.

Je werkt in een 5-ploegensysteem en hebt een technische mbo-3 achtergrond. Leergierigheid en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel staan centraal. De functie biedt doorgroeimogelijkheden en een aantrekkelijke beloning.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, bewaken en afstellen van geavanceerde productie lijnen.
• Toezicht houden op kwaliteit, veiligheid en productievoortgang.
• Identificeren, analyseren en oplossen van processtoringen.
• Uitvoeren van kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden en eenvoudige reparaties.
• Nauw samenwerken met onderhoudstechniciens.
• Volgen van veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures.
• Actief bijdragen aan ideeën om het productieproces te verbeteren.
• Nieuwkomers begeleiden en ondersteunen.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Operator, you ensure that the production line runs safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will start with an extensive on-the-job training programme, during which an experienced coach will guide and support you. This allows you to become familiar with the machinery and gain an in-depth understanding of the entire production process.

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting advanced production lines.
• Monitoring product quality, safety, and production progress.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving process disruptions.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs.
• Working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Following safety regulations and established procedures.
• Actively contributing ideas to improve the production process.
• Guiding and supporting new colleagues.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well‑organised workplace.

• A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,000, including a 27.50% shift allowance and ADV allowance.
