Job summary

Uitzendbureau Oss zoekt een Operator die samen met collega's de productie lijnen veilig, efficiënt en zonder onderbreking laat draaien. Je leert de machines en processen kennen via een intensief on-the-job training programma, ondersteund door een ervaren coach.

Je belangrijkste taken: opzetten en afstellen van geavanceerde lijnen, toezicht op kwaliteit en veiligheid, storingen analyseren en oplossen, en eenvoudige onderhoudstaken uitvoeren.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO niveau 3 diploma in een technisch vakgebied.
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal voor veiligheidsinstructies.
• Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegensysteem te werken.
• Technisch inzicht en oplossingsgerichtheid.
• Proactieve houding en leergierigheid.
• In staat om zowel zelfstandig als in team te werken.

Responsibilities

• Opzetten, bedienen en afstellen van geavanceerde productielijnen.
• Toezicht houden op kwaliteit, veiligheid en productievoortgang.
• Storingen identificeren, analyseren en oplossen.
• Uitvoeren van eenvoudige onderhoudstaken en reparaties.
• Nauw samenwerken met onderhoudstechnici om technische issues op te lossen.

As an Operator, you and your colleagues will work together to keep the production lines running safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will learn how the machinery and production processes work through an extensive on-the-job training programme, supported by an experienced coach.

Good cooperation is essential in this role. By sharing knowledge, helping one another, and working closely with maintenance technicians, you will contribute to a smooth production process and a positive working environment. You will also have the opportunity to support new colleagues and contribute ideas for improvement.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating, and adjusting advanced production lines.
• Monitoring product quality, safety, and production progress.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving process disruptions.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs.
• Working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Following safety regulations and established procedures.
• Sharing ideas to improve the production process.
• Guiding and supporting new colleagues.
• Working with your team to maintain a safe, clean, and organised workplace.
