Job summary

Jobster is seeking an Operator to keep the production line running safely and efficiently. You will receive extensive on-the-job training from an experienced coach to learn the machinery and processes.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring advanced production lines, ensuring quality and safety, resolving disruptions, performing minor maintenance, collaborating with maintenance technicians, and guiding new colleagues.

Qualifications

• At least an MBO level 3 diploma in a technical field.
• Good command of English to understand safety instructions.

As an Operator, you will ensure that the production line continues to run safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. • A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,000, including a 27.50% shift allowance and ADV allowance.
