Job summary

Start People zoekt een Operator voor een moderne productieomgeving in Nijmegen. Je waarborgt veilige, efficiënte productie en volgt een uitgebreid leertraject onder begeleiding van een ervaren coach. Je leert snel de machines en het hele proces kennen en werkt nauw samen met onderhoud.

De functie vereist een technische instelling, Engels voor veiligheidsinstructies en de bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken. Het aanbod omvat training, doorstroomkansen en een prettige teamsfeer.

Qualifications

• Minimaal een MBO niveau 3 diploma in een technisch vakgebied.
• Goede beheersing van Engels om veiligheidsinstructies te begrijpen.
• Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken.
• Eigen huisvesting en vervoer regelen.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen, bewaken en afstellen van geavanceerde productielijnen.
• Kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang van de productie monitoren.
• Storingen analyseren en oplossen.
• Onderhoudswerkzaamheden en eenvoudige reparaties uitvoeren.
• Nauw samenwerken met onderhoudstechnici bij technische issues.

As an Operator, you ensure that the production line runs safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will start with an extensive on-the-job training programme, during which an experienced coach will guide and support you. This allows you to become familiar with the machinery and gain an in-depth understanding of the entire production process.

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting advanced production lines.
• Monitoring product quality, safety, and production progress.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving process disruptions.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs.
• Working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Following safety regulations and established procedures.
• Actively contributing ideas to improve the production process.
• Guiding and supporting new colleagues.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised workplace.
