Jobster in de Gelderland-regio Wijchen zoekt een proactieve Operator die in een moderne productieomgeving komt te werken. Je werkt in een team waar kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan en krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega’s.

Je taken omvatten het bedienen en afstellen van machines, het voorbereiden van lijnen, en het waarborgen van productkwaliteit. Er is uitzicht op een vast contract en doorgroeimogelijkheden naar meer geavanceerde operatorfuncties.

Formación

• MBO-niveau opleiding, bij voorkeur technisch, of gelijkwaardig.
• Ervaring als Operator/Procesoperator/Productie-operator is een pré.
• Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen.
• Beschikbaarheid voor een 3-ploegendienst.

Responsabilidades

• Bedienen en afstellen van productie machines.
• Productielijnen voorbereiden voor nieuwe orders.
• Toezicht houden op productkwaliteit en resultaten registreren.
• Kleine technische storingen oplossen en eerste lijns onderhoud uitvoeren.
• Grondstoffen aanleveren zodat de productie continu blijft draaien.
• Veilig werken en een schone werkplek behouden.
• Bijdragen aan ideeën om productieprocessen te verbeteren.

• Operating and adjusting production machines.
• Preparing production lines for new orders.
• Monitoring product quality and recording results.
• Solving minor technical issues and performing first-line maintenance.
• Supplying materials to keep production running smoothly.
• Working safely and maintaining a clean workplace.
• Contributing ideas to improve production processes.

We offer a stable full-time position with excellent working conditions and the prospect of a permanent contract.

You can expect:

• Gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €3,700, including shift allowance and ADV.
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance.

You recognize yourself in the following:

• You have MBO-level education or an equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience as an Operator, Process Operator or Production Operator.
• Technical insight and problem-solving skills.
• Availability for a 3-shift schedule.
• Own accomodation and transportation.
• Good command of the English language to understand safety instructions.
• Focus on quality, safety and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Motivation to learn and develop new skills.
