Start People zoekt een Operator voor een moderne fabriek in Venray. Je zorgt dat de productielijn veilig en efficiënt draait en volgt een uitgebreid on-the-job trainingstraject onder begeleiding van een ervaren coach.

Je bewaakt kwaliteit en voortgang, en werkt nauw samen met onderhoud Je krijgt een aantrekkelijk pakket met 4.000–4.500 euro bruto per maand, 25 verlofdagen, 8% vakantiegeld, een 13e maand, reiskostenvergoeding en uitzicht op vast contract.

Qualifikationen

• Minimaal MBO niveau 3 diploma in een technische richting.
• Goede Engelse taalbeheersing om veiligheidsinstructies te begrijpen.
• Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken.
• Eigen woon- en vervoerregeling.
• Technisch inzicht en aantoonbare technische vaardigheden.

Aufgaben

• Bedienen, bewaken en afstellen van geavanceerde productie lijnen.
• Toezicht houden op productkwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang.
• Identificeren en oplossen van processtoringen.
• Uitvoeren van lichte onderhoudswerkzaamheden en eenvoudige reparaties.
• Samenwerken met onderhoudstechnici bij technische issues.
• Volgen van veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures.
• Actief meedenken om het productieproces te verbeteren.
• Begeleiden en ondersteunen van nieuwe collega's.
• Zorg dragen voor een veilige, schone en nette werkomgeving.

Wat je gaat doen

As an Operator, you ensure that the production line runs safely, efficiently, and without interruptions. You will start with an extensive on-the-job training programme, during which an experienced coach will guide and support you. This allows you to become familiar with the machinery and gain an in-depth understanding of the entire production process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating, monitoring, and adjusting advanced production lines.
• Monitoring product quality, safety, and production progress.
• Identifying, analysing, and resolving process disruptions.
• Performing minor maintenance tasks and simple repairs.
• Working closely with maintenance technicians to resolve technical issues.
• Following safety regulations and established procedures.
• Actively contributing ideas to improve the production process.
• Guiding and supporting new colleagues.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised workplace.
