Luba zoekt voor Tilburg een cleanroom productiemedewerker. Je werkt fulltime in een tweeploegendienst (ochtend/avond) en ontwikkelt technische vaardigheden in een moderne productieomgeving.

Je assembleert, inspecteert en test onderdelen, werkt nauw samen met collega’s en draagt bij aan kwaliteits-processen en continue verbetering. Een lange loopbaanperspectief en interne trainingen worden geboden.

Qualifications

• Klaar voor tweeploegendienst (ochtend/avond).
• Zorgvuldig en met oog voor kwaliteit werken.
• Goede samenwerking met collega's in een productie-omgeving.

Responsabilités

• Monteren, controleren en testen van technische componenten.

Over de vacature

As a cleanroom production operator, you will be responsible for accurately assembling and processing technical components in a cleanroom environment. You will work full-time in a two-shift schedule with alternating morning and evening shifts, giving you a varied work pattern and predictable hours. This role offers excellent opportunities for personal development through training and internal career advancement. It is a long-term position where you can further specialize and grow within the company.

Your workday starts by putting on your cleanroom clothing and reviewing the work instructions. You will then assemble, inspect, and test hose and piping systems for high-tech equipment. Working closely with your colleagues, you will ensure that quality and precision are maintained at every stage of the production process. Throughout the day, you'll participate in team discussions to improve processes and identify any deviations. Every day brings new technical challenges and opportunities to expand your skills.

• Mbo (vocational) working and thinking level or equivalent
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to quality
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
• Living within 20 km of Tilburg
