Job summary

Start People is seeking a Cleanroom Technical Operator to work in a modern, controlled cleanroom where precision and quality are essential. You will inspect parts, clean components with ultrasonic equipment, and perform light CNC responsibilities in a high-tech production setting.

You will read technical drawings, follow strict procedures, document production activities, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols in a full-time two-shift environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly.

• Comfortable using production equipment and measuring tools.
• Willingness to work full-time in a two-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications.
• Clean components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensure proper drying.
• Remove weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet requirements.
• Perform light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic monitoring.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
• Package finished products in a cleanroom environment according to procedures.
• Prepare shipping labels and production documentation for logistics.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in line with cleanroom protocols.

As a Cleanroom Technical Operator, you play a key role in ensuring that high-tech components and products meet the highest quality standards before moving to the next stage of production. You will work in a modern and controlled cleanroom environment where precision, quality, and technical expertise are essential.

Your responsibilities include:

• Inspecting incoming parts and materials to ensure they meet strict quality specifications;
• Cleaning components using ultrasonic cleaning equipment and ensuring proper drying procedures are followed;
• Removing weld discoloration from stainless steel components to meet customer and product requirements;
• Performing light CNC-related operations, machine adjustments, and basic machine monitoring where required;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and work instructions;
• Packaging finished products in a controlled cleanroom environment according to strict procedures and quality standards;
• Preparing shipping labels and production documentation to support the logistics process;
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to cleanroom protocols.

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on professional who enjoys working in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality work. You do not need to know everything from day one, but you should have a strong willingness to learn and develop yourself.

To be successful in this role, you:

• Are available full-time and willing to work in a two-shift system;
• Have technical production, manufacturing, CNC, or assembly experience;
• Enjoy practical, hands-on technical work;
• Are comfortable working with production equipment, measuring tools, and hand tools;
• Have basic computer skills;
• Can read technical drawings (preferred);
• Have previous experience in a cleanroom, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment (a plus);
• Speak English and/or Dutch;
• Work accurately and have excellent attention to detail;
• Have your own accommodation and transportation.
