Job summary

Tecwave B.V. seeks a Teamlead Engineering to lead a ~15-person engineering and draftsmen team in Tilburg's Design and Technology department. You will drive personal development, improve engineering quality, and manage short- and long-term capacity planning in a matrix setup.

You will collaborate with team leaders, project teams, and the discipline manager to foster a productive, knowledge‑sharing culture and optimize processes across the engineering function.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Guiding and developing engineers and draftsmen within your team.
