Job summary

Tecwave B.V. on the Chemelot site in Geleen is seeking a Lead Electrical Technician to install and assemble electrical systems in industrial projects.

You will supervise technicians and vocational students, ensuring safe, tidy and high‑quality execution on the shop floor. You’ll work closely with supervisors and the chief technician to ensure proper project execution, coach colleagues, and maintain a clean, safe workplace.

Qualifications

• MBO-2 or higher in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience as an industrial electrical technician.
• Ability to coach, guide, and motivate colleagues.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Dutch and English language proficiency (minimum B1).

Responsibilities

• Independently install, inspect, and deliver electrical systems according to safety and quality standards.
• Supervise, guide, and coach technicians and students on the work floor.
• Ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• Use materials and tools efficiently.
• Collaborate with the supervisor and chief technician for project execution.
