Job summary

Tecwave B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking a Team Leader Service & Assembly to manage a team of technicians and coordinate service and assembly projects.

You are the first point of contact for clients and colleagues on-site, ensuring tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. With your leadership, you will motivate the team and drive project quality, with training opportunities and a clear path for development.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience in planning and coordinating service/assembly activities.
• Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, independent, and result-driven attitude.
• Valid driver’s license (B) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach technicians within the team.
• Plan and coordinate service and assembly activities.
• Monitor safety, quality, and progress of on-site projects.
• Maintain client contact and align on activities.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization.
• Support with technical issues and resolve malfunctions.
• Handle administrative project data and reporting.
