Job summary

Regilo Solutions seeks a technically minded support engineer to assist with preparation, commissioning and use of energy systems. You will work methodically, keep people informed and document findings.

You will analyse alerts, dashboards, logs, and configurations, make simple software adjustments, and escalate complex issues to software engineers. Proactive improvement of manuals and knowledge base is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support or similar technical environments.
• Ability to read code, scripts and configurations and make simple changes (preferably Python).
• Good command of Dutch and English; able to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, commissioning and use of energy systems.
• Assist installers remotely with issues, readings and settings.
• Analyse alerts, dashboards, and logs to identify causes of problems.
• Make small configuration changes and verify results.
• Escalate complex issues to software engineers with complete analysis.
• Gather technical information for new drivers and integrations and assist testing.
• Improve manuals, checklists, knowledge base and workflows.
