Job summary

Withthegrid, a rapidly growing European cleantech scale-up headquartered in the Netherlands, seeks a Project Manager EMS to bridge commercial, development and operations teams. You will lead on-site energy management system projects for the Teleport platform and ensure delivery against plan with a skilled engineering group.

You will shape technical scope, plan resources, manage risks, engage stakeholders including grid operators and EPCs, and hand over to operations with high quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical project management, solutions engineering, or systems engineering in energy.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical specs.
• Comfort with grid operations, network architectures, and related topics.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Scoping & Technical Architecture: lead discovery and scoping for complex deals; define boundaries and ensure technical feasibility.
• Project Planning: create WBS and allocate resources within teams.
• Risk & Quality Management: conduct risk assessments and apply learnings to improve processes.
• Stakeholder Management: act as face of Withthegrid to customers and third parties.
• Acceptance Testing: define testing protocols and supervise tests.
• Operational Handover: ensure smooth transition to operations after acceptance.
