Job summary

Independent Recruiters is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end order-to-cash processes for a domestic and/or export portfolio. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure seamless order entry, delivery and invoicing, while maintaining data accuracy in SAP.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer operations, strong SAP/Excel skills and excellent English communication in a cross-functional, international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer operations, order management, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience with order-to-cash or order fulfilment is a plus.
• Solid knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel).
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with good problem solving.
• Able to work in a cross-functional, international environment.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• An additional European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full order lifecycle from entry through delivery and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Planning, Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to drive execution.
• Monitor product availability and manage order fulfilment and transportation flows.
• Resolve operational and logistical issues proactively.
• Deliver high standard of customer experience while handling requests and escalations.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support other business units and act as a go-to person for operational topics.
• Ensure SAP customer master data accuracy and compliance.
