Job summary

New Balance in Amsterdam is looking for an in-store Visual Merchandiser to deliver exceptional visual presentation that reflects the brand identity and enhances the customer experience. You will implement seasonal concepts, coordinate with the Store Manager and team to execute floorsets and promotional signage.

With a minimum of 2 years visual merchandising experience, you are highly motivated, creative and organized, and ready to travel for occasional store visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
• Highly self-motivated, creative, and organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to build positive team relationships and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of current seasonal trends and affinity with the New Balance brand.

Responsibilities

• Execute in-store visual standards, concepts, and campaigns according to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on floorset planning and execution.
• Ensure timely placement of new product on the sales floor within visual guidelines.
• Support product launches and maintain optimal product levels to drive sell-through.
• Maintain promotional materials, signage, and graphics aligned with brand identity.
• Refresh mannequins and displays to reflect seasonal stories.
• Share product knowledge and visuals best practices with store team.
• Occasionally take on Duty Manager responsibilities and act as keyholder.
