Fortive's Fluke Europe BV in Eindhoven seeks an EMEA VAT Manager to lead VAT compliance across about 30 registrations in 25 subsidiaries. You will coordinate VAT reporting, drive process improvements, and own VAT automation initiatives using Oracle eBTax rules, iTax from 4Apps, and E-Invoicing integrations.

You will join an international finance team of about 60 professionals in Eindhoven and collaborate with Fluke US headquarters and Fortive's tax function.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of EU VAT compliance and tax project management experience.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate across functions.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented with ability to multitask.

Mansioni

• Monitor and maintain VAT compliance across EMEA, including returns and EC statements.
• Manage EC Sales Lists, EC Purchase lists and Intrastat Declarations.
• Coordinate VAT reporting and liaise with tax authorities during audits.
• Drive process improvements and VAT automation projects across EMEA.
