EMEA Financial Controller: Reporting & Compliance

Fluke, part of Fortive, is seeking a Financial Controller EMEA to ensure compliant, accurate reporting and strong financial controls across the EMEA region. You will partner with finance teams in EMEA and the US, support statutory requirements, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic, international environment.

In this role, you will lead month-end close, manage cost center reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and own areas such as transfer pricing, tax compliance, and foreign currency

Competenze

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, statutory reporting, and tax compliance.
• Experience in multinational and complex EMEA environments.
• Proven ability to drive change, improve processes, and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Hands-on mindset, continuous improvement focus, and a passion for teamwork.

Mansioni

• Lead statutory reporting and compliance for assigned EMEA legal entities.
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end close, balance sheet reviews, and financial reporting.
• Manage cost center reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while acting as a trusted business partner.
• Own and develop expertise in key accounting areas such as statutory reporting, transfer pricing, tax compliance, and foreign currency management.
• Support internal and external audits, including SOX, tax, and statutory audits.
• Coach and develop Assistant Controllers while fostering a collaborative team culture.
• Drive process improvements and participate in cross-functional finance transformation projects.
