Job summary

Fluke, part of Fortive Corporation, is seeking a Financial Controller EMEA to oversee statutory reporting, close processes, and finance transformation across the EMEA region from our Eindhoven office. You will partner with finance teams in Europe, the US, and with external auditors to ensure reporting integrity and compliant financials.

Applicants should have a Master’s in Finance or Accounting and 5+ years in progressive finance roles, with strong US GAAP knowledge and multinational experience.

Qualifications

• Our Master's degree and 5+ years of finance/accounting experience meet senior requirements.
• Strong US GAAP knowledge, statutory reporting, and tax compliance are essential.
• Experience in multinational EMEA environments and influencing stakeholders is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead statutory reporting and compliance for assigned EMEA entities.
• Ensure timely month-end close, balance sheet review, and reporting accuracy.
• Manage cost center reporting, budgeting, and forecasting as a business partner.
• Own expertise in statutory reporting, transfer pricing, tax compliance, and currency management.
• Support internal and external audits including SOX and tax audits.
• Coach Assistant Controllers and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Drive process improvements and participate in cross-functional finance transformation projects.
