Job summary

Brunswick Corporation in Amsterdam is seeking a Supply Planner EMEA – Electronics & Power/Performance to own end-to-end supply planning across a complex product portfolio. You will translate demand signals into executable plans and work with suppliers, hubs and multifunction teams.

The role focuses on product availability, inventory optimization, risk mitigation and close collaboration with internal logistics to support revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, inventory, replenishment or related function.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, purchasing, supplier management and logistics.
• Experience with ERP and supply-planning systems, with strong Excel and analytical capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder-management and communication across suppliers, global teams and cross-functional units.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EMEA supply, replenishment and purchase-order plans using forecasts and inputs.
• Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle across suppliers and hubs, including ETAs and changes.
• Review open orders and identify delays or risks, driving mitigations before customer impact.
• Coordinate inbound supply with internal logistics and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide visibility on availability, lead times and supply risk to Sales and other stakeholders.
• Drive supplier forecast alignment and readiness for promotions and capacity changes.
• Support inventory management, price updates, and cross-functional supply chain projects.
