Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. in Amsterdam, NL, seeks a Sr. Lead, Teammate Relations - EMEA to guide ER strategy across Retail and Corporate in the region. You will govern investigations, sickness/leave, and governance with a focus on compliance, neutrality, and scalable processes.

This role partners with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors, defining country processes, dashboards, and playbooks while enabling managers to handle day-to-day people matters with sound judgment and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years of relevant HR experience.
• Significant experience in Employee Relations, HRBP, employment-law-adjacent HR work or investigations.
• Experience supporting multi-country EMEA populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex ER cases, investigations, teammate complaints and workplace concerns.
• Advise leaders on ER best practices, policy application and risk mitigation.
• Support performance management, corrective actions and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations, prepare findings and recommendations, identify root causes and preventative solutions.
• Ensure consistent policy interpretation and governance across EMEA.
