Job summary

Lucid Software, a leader in AI-driven work acceleration, hires a Solution Engineer to demo Lucidchart, Lucidspark and airfocus for the EMEA sales team. You will understand customer needs, craft solutions, and present compelling demos to accelerate growth while collaborating with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback.

The role is hybrid, with Amsterdam office days Tuesday and Thursday, and remote or office work depending on role and team needs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant, or similar role.
• Able to act as a trusted, strategic advisor to sales with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer-facing environments and in start-up–like fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Create and deliver custom technical demos of the Lucid product suite to prospects and customers.
• Become a respected product expert internally and source of knowledge for customers.
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer challenges and successes.
• Answer security related questions and alleviate concerns.
• Collaborate with sales to develop and execute account plans.
• Other duties as assigned.
